Vive la bicyclette

I bought a bike. It's copper and has flowers on it. (What did you expect?) The main customer for this sort of bike, the man at the bike shop told me, is elderly and/or has a beach house.

Yesterday it went with Ignacio's bike down the bike path by the river and into the city, to Harvard, and back home. The most difficult thing was not avoiding traffic; it was avoiding pedestrians at Harvard.

Every part of it has to be locked.
